# Seedream 5.0 Flash (`bytedance-seed/seedream-5-0-flash`): API

> bytedance-seed/seedream-5-0-flash is an image generation model from ByteDance Seed you can call on the OceanToken API; it supports image input.

Endpoint: `POST https://api.oceantoken.ai/v1/images/generations` (also `/v1/images/edits`). Auth: `Authorization: Bearer $OCEANTOKEN_API_KEY`. OpenAI-compatible; the OpenAI SDKs work with base URL https://api.oceantoken.ai/v1.

## Request parameters

- `model` (string; required): This model's ID.
- `prompt` (string; required): What to draw.
- `size` (string; 1:1, 1:2, 2:1, 2:3, 3:2, 3:4, 4:3, 4:5, 5:4, 9:16, 16:9, 9:19.5, 19.5:9, 9:20, 20:9, 9:21, 21:9): Aspect ratio. Width x height such as `1024x1024` is accepted too and mapped to its ratio.
- `quality` (string; 1K, 2K): Resolution tier; `low`, `medium` and `high` are accepted as 1K, 2K and 4K.
- `seed` (integer): Same seed and prompt give the same image.
- `images` (array; up to 10 items): Up to 10 reference images to start from or draw on, each a public https:// URL or a data URL. The request is then an edit.
